About Suit AI
Suit AI is a virtual try-on app. You add a photo of yourself and an image of a garment, and the app generates the two together so you can see how the piece looks on you.

How does the try-on work?
Pick a clear, front-facing photo of yourself and an image of the garment, then tap Generate. The two images are sent to Google Cloud Vertex AI, which produces the result and returns it to the app. A front-on photo with the whole garment visible gives the best outcome.
What happens to my photo?
The photo of you is deleted from storage as soon as the try-on finishes, whether it succeeded or failed. It is never attached to your history. Garment images and the results you save stay in your account until you delete them. Full detail is in the Privacy Notice.
What are credits, and how do I get them?
Each try-on costs one credit. New accounts start with none, and a subscription is the only way to get them. There are two tiers, Plus and Pro, each granting a set allowance of credits for every month of an active subscription. If a generation fails, the credit is refunded to your balance automatically.
Why am I seeing ads?
Ads support free use of the app and are shown only to users without an active subscription. They are always non-personalised — your advertising identifier is not used to target them.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Your wardrobe, saved looks, credit balance and subscription all belong to an account, so there is no guest mode. Sign in with an email address and password, with Google, or with Apple, and everything carries over to any device you sign in on.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile → Delete Account in the app. This removes your account, style profile, wardrobe (including the stored image files), saved looks, credits and subscription record. Cancel your subscription separately in your store settings — deleting the account does not cancel billing.
Managing your subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so they are cancelled there, not in the app.
iOS — App Store
- Open Settings.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Suit AI, then Cancel Subscription.
Android — Google Play
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon, top right.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select Suit AI, then Cancel subscription.
